Wellness Workshop - Spiced up Through Ayurveda Healing Recipes
Ayurveda is the science of life; it is a whole-body healing system. In Ayurveda – next to breathing – eating is our most vital bodily function. To create a healthy body and mind, our food must be nourishing. In this workshop, you will be given a basic introduction to Ayurveda including the five elements and the three Doshas, the six tastes and their effects on the body, food as healing in Ayurveda, and an ayurvedic cooking introduction. You will also be able to have some practical hands-on experience with the Ayurveda healing philosophy, make some beginner Ayurvedic recipes, and best of all – taste them!
